The best way for prospective members to check out CFCA is to join us for our Saturday 9AM class.  If you can’t make that time or are feeling timid about jumping in then contact us to schedule an Intro Session with one of our coaches. The Intro Session will give  you an opportunity to check out the facility, learn more about our program and watch a class in progress (No Workout).  More importantly, it’s a chance for us to get to know you, (your goals, athletic background etc.) and address any questions or concerns that you may have. Intro Sessions last 30 mins, are absolutely FREE, and you can book one by contacting us at info@crossfitcapeann.com

Once you have idea of how things work at CFCA decide if it’s what you are looking for. If it is…we can set you up with a monthly membership (options listed below).

CFCA MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS

Unlimited Classes: $145/month
Allows you to come to as many classes as you’d like as well as open gym times and access to the rowing machines, climbing wall, and recovery work while other classes are in session.

3 Classes Per Week + Saturday Community WOD: $135/month
Allows you to come to 3 CrossFit classes per week (or 12 per month) as well as Saturday Team, any scheduled open gym times and access to the climbing wall and recovery work while other classes are in session. Also gives you up to 3 ‘rollover visits’ of any unused days from your membership to make up in your next month.

2 Classes Per Week + Saturday Community WOD: $120/month
Allows you to come to 2 CrossFit classes per week (or 9 per month) as well as Saturday Team, any scheduled open gym times and access to the climbing wall and recovery work while other classes are in session. Also gives you up to 2 ‘rollover visits’ of any unused days from your membership to make up in your next month.

Active Police / Fire / Coast Guard/ Military & EMT: $80/month Unlimited
We offer a discounted membership for Full time Police/ Fire / Military/ Coast Guard & EMT. Allows you to come to as many classes as you’d like as well as open gym times and access to the climbing wall and recovery work while other classes are in session. Your fitness is important to our communities safety!  

STUDENT DISCOUNT: 25% off any Membership
FAMILY DISCOUNTS: 2nd family member is 10% off, 3rd and beyond are each 15% off

*Required for all new CFCA Members: We do require that all new members attend a “Barbell Basics” class within the first 2 weeks of their membership. The Barbell Basics class is held regularly at 6:45PM every Wednesday night. We go over the fundamental barbell movements, general safety and appropriate modifications to all of the barbell lifts. If you are a transfer from another Crossfit gym or have a weightlifting background, this session may not be necessary.  If you cannot make the scheduled time we request that you do the class privately with one of our coaches for a charge of $50. 

OTHER SERVICES

1 on 1 or Group Private Training
$60 per 60 Min Session / $30 per 30 Min Session
We offer private coaching to individuals or groups. These sessions are ideal for those who want more personal attention, are training for a specific objective  or who need more accountability.  If you have a larger group, (5 and over) we offer the ability to create a custom class time for people who want to train together regularly as a way of building camaraderie, strength, trust etc. (example… sports teams, police/fire departments, corporate groups, etc.) *30 Min Private training sessions require client to warm-up on their own prior to the session. 

Private or Group Climbing Instruction
$60 per 60 Min Session / $90 per 90 Min Session
Instruction on one of our favorite activities for kid’s and adults alike. We can teach you the ins and outs of the sport,  proper technique  and the optimum ways to train to develop climbing specific strength & endurance.  Contact us for details.  

Nutritional Consulting/Accountability
$60 per 60 Min Session / $30 per 30 Min Session

When we do nutritional consulting, we start with an assessment of your current habits (food quality/ quantity). Every person is different and our plans take into consideration your lifestyle factors (occupation, social obligations, goals and most importantly… personality).  We try to match up methods that will be the most sustainable for you in the long term.
