Death by 10m SPRINTS!

Set up 2 markers that are at or around 32 feet (10m) apart from each other. Also use a clock that measures/beeps every minute. MIN 1: Run from one marker to the other marker (or 1 length). MIN 2: Run from one marker to the other marker and back (or 2 lengths) and so on……..10m sprints being added each round.

Don’t have a spot to run? Do “Death by (insert any movement here) and play along.
