Which class do you usually attend? I mainly attend the 4:30PM
How did you find out about CrossFit? I went to a Saturday community class with a friend and really enjoyed it.
Did you play sports back in the day? I currently am an equestrian (hunter/jumper).
How has CrossFit changed your life outside of the gym? I have been able to feel confident and strong while being able to complete events like hiking Mt. Washington quicker then years passed.
What and/or who motivates/inspires you? All the coaches at CFCA have been such an inspiration for me and I really have appreciated all the help and encouragement these passed months.
Name one goal/personal achievement you would like to achieve with the gains made through CrossFit? I have always wanted to do one of the Spartan races.
What are your hobbies outside of CrossFit? My hobbies include sailing, hiking, and hanging at the beach.
What’s your favorite aspect of CFCA? I love the community aspect of CFCA. Everyone is here to encourage one another and see them succeed
CFCA favorite memory? I haven’t been apart of the gym for very long, but I really enjoyed the murph last saturday, I have been hearing about this particular workout for many years and I am glad I can say I finally did it.
Any tips for the new members? Don’t be afraid to give it your all, everyone at CFCA is so supportive and is really there to see you succeed and do your best.
