Betsy has seen steady improvements with her time at CFCA…. but most notably over this past winter & spring. When she started she was doing pull-ups with the green band and now can do 6 strict reps at bodyweight. Her success has been her consistency and the ability to look at the daily workout as an opportunity to challenge herself rather than a chore to tick off the to do list. That mental engagement makes a huge difference! Nice work Betsy.

Any tips for the new members?
Stick with it, don’t be afraid to scale or modify things. Pick a goal that doesn’t involve a clothing size or a number on a scale. I come because it’s fun every day and I always surprise myself with what I can actually do.
