2016 Pull-up/Muscle-Up Challenge

Looking to get your first strict Pull-up or Muscle-Up… or want to get a few more than you already have? We’re excited to help you on your journey to your goal – join us for this 8 week Challenge! Sign up poster is up on the NEWS board at the gym! Each Sunday we’ll be posting 3 supplemental workouts based on your goal. These are to be completed on your own time (before/after class, open gym, home, etc.) during that following week. *Note: they should not be done consecutively. Once completed the week’s WODs, you’ll check off that it’s been done on the sign-up board at the gym. Once you sign up we’ll add you to our Challenge Facebook group which will help us  as a way to help keep you and your fellow challengers accountable! If you’re not on FB no problem, we’ll email you each week’s info.

Remember this a goal and if you don’t reach it by the end of 8 weeks you will most certainly be closer to it. Just repeat the program until you do!
