10 Toes-to-bars
10 OH Squats
10 Pull-ups
1 Min Rest between rounds

RX= 95/65#
Can MOD OHS to Front Squats if Mobility is an issue

Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 mins of:
10 Situps
10 Goblet Squats
10 Pull-ups

10 Laps Alternating with a Partner of Sandbag Drag
