All Monday Classes Cancelled

Welp….Looks like we are going to go ahead and have another Monday of cancelled classes.  Your home WOD aside from shoveling is to do 20 mins for quality movements of 5 Brace Squats with whatever you can find (it wont take much) and 3 kneeling inchworms  Focus on quality slow movement. Pause at the bottom of the brace squat and make sure all the points of performance are met for every rep…(weight back, chest up, arms fully extended in front) If you cannot meet those standards lighten it up or rest till you can.
