Teams of 2 “Partner Cindy -ish” 1 Works/ 1 Paces

5 DH Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Air Squats

RX=20 Rounds or 25 Mins
Foundtional = Amrap 25


  • 300m Row
  • 300m Ski
  • 3 Lap Gimme
  • 30 NPU Burpees or 90 Double Unders

Alternate pacing element every 5 mins until the work is completed

30/30 x 8 min Leg Throwdowns
