WOD – OBJ: Stamina & Teamwork

With a Partner Complete 1 of the 2

For time:
1 mile Run
100 DeadHang Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Squats
1 mile Run


30 Clean & Jerks or 30 Heavy Headcutters
1 Mile Run (Hill Loop to Flat loop)
10 Rope Climbs ADV: Legless
1 mile Run
100 Burpees ADV: Plate Burpees 25/15#

*On Both…..Run the miles together…partition the reps as you wish. 1 Works/ 1 Rests….
ADV: Rester holds sandbag and sandbag goes on the runs.
