*when they rested..ie..put the kb down or switched sides, they did 1 of the following penalities
- 30 Double Unders
- 10 No Push-up Burpees
- 10 Cals on the Rower
Amrap “Vet” Russian Swings
*when they rest..ie..put the kb down, they did 30 Jumprope
12 Min Ladder 1,2,3,4,5,6 etc.
1. Their weakness (gymnastic or weightlifting)
2. Hold x 10 Seconds (Plank, Ring Support, or Handstand) so 10,20,30,40 etc…
Notes: Slashers looked hard. They are a funky movement that takes some getting used to.
