Notes: The idea here being to develop confidence catching it low. We need to work on the speed of the third pull/ Squat clean as a gym I think. That movement is somewhat unnatural in that it doesn’t really exist in most peoples lives outside of the gym on a day to day basis and once people hit there limit on the power clean that is the way that allows them more range to improve provided they can front squat it. That practical application (non sport) part of me thinks that the hang power clean is king though because if you are moving an odd object that is likely the way it will be done.
