Pt. 1 Bupree > lateral jump over partner > burpee >  lateral jump over partner back x 10
Pt.2  Burpee > Bear crawl under partner > burpee > bear crawl under partner back x 10

WOD
20 mins Ladder For Quality (1,2,3,4,5,6 etc)
Goblet Hold Step Up 70/53# …20in box (per side)
DH Pull-ups
Handstand Push-ups or Wall Walks
 
Supplemental
6 x 30/30 Turkish Plate Sit-ups

then

100 Plate Burpees with team of 3.

Notes: Good sessions…. Like having the ladder for skill development/quality days cause it allows them to focus more on each individual rep then focusing on the clock or others in the class.
