This is what we did yesterday
1-8 Ladder for Quality
1-1/4 Goblet Squat
1. Work up to a heavy OH Squat
2. Work up to heavy Snatch Balance
3. Work up to a heavy Snatch from the floor
Emphasis on hip and OH mobility between sets and experimenting with grip width.
Notes: Casual session with some good progression on getting under the bar from the snatch balance. Vince PR’ed the squat snatch at 185# which is well over BW for him. Looked great. That’s the new gym record!
