200 Push-ups
Plank
Run the 1st telephone pole

200 DH Pull-ups
Rack hold (53/35#)
Run to the 2nd telephone pole

200 Slamballs or Wallballs
OH Hold
Run to the third telephone pole (on right side)

Outside the Gym Challenge
Go do something active outside
