I just wanted to say thank you to Crossfit Cape Ann for preparing me for every day life!  I went skiing for the first time this season (which is why I haven’t been around for classes recently ; ) up at Loon Mtn this past week and was amazed to find that my quads did not get that typically burning tired feeling coming down the slopes.  I was able to get several solid continuous days in skiing (in negative degree temps) and still felt great and ready to hit the slopes the next day.


1 RM Turkish Get Up (must be done on both sides)
1RM Clean & Jerk
1 RM weighted Pull-up

*Your CFCA total is the sum of your 1 RM TGU, Clean & Jerk & Weighted Pull-up.
You will have about 15-20 mins per lift to work your way up to a 1 RM.
