“Dice Roll”
with a partner complete 6 rounds of 4 min intervals of max effort exercises and interval timing that corresponds with the # rolled. 1 roll for exercise & 1 roll for interval. 2 Mins rest between efforts.

7. Over/under junkyard dog

8. 4 mins switch as needed
