6 Hang Power Cleans (90/70% BW)
12 Box Jumps (30/24in)
400 m Run
25 min Cap

MOD 1: Mod % of Clean and Box Height
MOD 2: 20 mins for quality Clean> Deadlift if needed

Cooldown

row/dyne for 5 mins and roll
