WOD: 45 min Cap

5 Round for total time.
20 Pullups
30 Pushups
40 Situps
50 Squats

*3 min rest between each of 5 rounds

MOD 1: 4 Rounds with MODS to maintain speed
MOD 2: 35 min AMRAP with 3 mins off between Rounds
Reps at 10, 20, 30, 40

Cooldown
Jog the loop then roll out quads cause that’s 250 Squats!
