Alternating Turkish-get-up with medball or slamball (if possible)….bigger hands use medballs/ smaller slamballs

*If you drop the ball do a round of “cindy”  5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups, 15 air squats

Kettlebell Snatch  

WOD

Ten Minute KB Snatch test (53/35#)
do as many snatches as you can in 10 minutes. Alternate Sides as needed

Rest 5 mins

then

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1
 Burpees
 Run to second telephone pole between rounds

10 min cap.
