Gymnastic Weakness Volume Training
2-3 Reps on the minute for 12 mins

then

3 rounds of Amrap 5 mins

3 Clean and Jerks @70/60% of BW
4 DH Pull-ups
5 Burpees

2 mins rest between rounds

*Modify C & J to a safe but heavy load.
