Complete as many rounds in twenty minutes as you can of:

2 Muscle-ups
4 Handstand Push-ups
8  Kettlebell swings 70/53#

Movement Heirarchy/ MOD
MU> Pull-up & Ring Dip with transition if possible

HSPU > 1 mat > 2 mats > hold > incline push-up
KBS > Mod # to Heavy for you
