Gymnastic Volume Training
2-3 Reps on the minute for 12 mins

*We are starting a 6 week cycle of volume training roughly once per week. The idea is to have you guys pick one movement/skill for the entire 6 weeks.

then

5 rounds for time

40 Air Squats
30 Sit-ups
20 Push-ups
10 DH Pull-ups or Hard Ring Rows

then

write your goals on the board!
