We will be throwing in some mobility daily as we have been seeing some crazy tight calves wreaking havoc on the squats. *also if you don’t have a wedgie like Jon’s at the top of the wallball….you may not be getting full hip extension! HA

Max Consecutive Overhead Squats with 1/2 Body Weight

then 
4  rounds of this 5 min Amrap with 2 mins rest in between

2 Lengths Bearcrawl
4 Clean & Jerks @ 70% BW
6 Burpees

*Scale C&J # as needed
