12 min Amrap Partner Workout
Partner 1 > 4 lengths sled drag with 75% BW
Partner 2 > Double KB Overhead Hold with roughly 40% BW
*Penalty= 5 burpees for everytime you rest the KB hold ( drop from overhead position). Keep a tally and do burpees after the WOD
