3 x 5 DH Pull-ups
work up to a weighted or banded set that is hard for five then start the first set.

Amrap 15 min Barbell Complex

1 Deadlift (touch and go)
1 Hang Power Clean
1 Front Squat
1 Push Press
1 Back Squat
1 Push Press (behind the neck)

*When the bar is dropped you do a 400 meter run.

RX: 60% of BW
MOD: 40% of BW
