WOD

Warm up to a heavy set of 3 weighted Pull-up/ Chin-up then

5 x 3 at that weight

Then Partner WOD

2 rounds
Partner 1- 800 m Hill Loop w Sandbag
Partner 2- Amrap 10 Sloshpipe Press & 20 Sloshpipe Back Squats

Time – Reps = lowest score wins

Foundations

Replace Slosh with kettebells if necessary.

Stretch

*Recovery day at home?  Walk  the Dogbar Breakwater.
