Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
Run 400 meters
Max rep Bodyweight Deadlifts

*the deadlifts MUST be touch and go!!!  Score by total # of Reps

MOD: 75% BW
Level 1: 50 % BW or Coach assigned

Cool Down

Roll & Stretch your tight bits.
