Take 20 Minutes find your 3 Rep Max Shoulder Press
*Reps every other Minute

5 Rounds:
30 Kettlbell Swings in 1 minute 70/53#
Rest 1 Minute

* Count a penalty for each swing not completed. After the WOD perform 1 Burpee-Pull-Up for each penalty. MOD & Level 1= Coach Assigned KB #
