Back Squat 2 reps on the minute for 10 minutes at 65% of 1RM.
MOVE THE WEIGHT QUICKLY!!!

Then
AMRAP in 15 minutes:
5 deadlifts 225/165#
10 KTE’s
200m run

MOD: 185-135/135-75#  Knees to triceps or knees to chest.
Level 1: Find wt. Hanging knee raises or situps. 100m run/walk.

Cool Down
50 reps or 5 mins on weakness
