15 Burpee box jumps 24″/20″
20 Pushups
35 Double-Under
400m run

Level 1
20 mins for quality

10 burpees
10 box jumps or step ups on box ht of choice.
15 pushups (knees okay).
30 Jumprope
200 meter run

Cooldown

10 Min Squat Hold
