Find  3 Rep Max  weighted Pull-ups or Chin-ups
reps every 2 minutes for 15 mins

RX= weighted
MOD=  3 negatives as slow as possible
Level 1= static holds at top position

Front Squats (155/95# cleaned)
Pushups (bottom out)
KB Swings (70/53#)

Level 1

AMRAP 15 mins

Pushups (bottom out)
KB Swings
