WOD:

Volume Training:
Kipping Practice or DH Pullups… 3 amazingly full range of motion reps on the minute for 12 minutes.

Then:
  12 mins of 30 second intervals

Max Ring Dips
  Max Double Unders
Rest
* if you can do Muscle-ups…your doing them to your dips

MOD: Band assisted ring dips & double-unders.
Level 1: Box Dips & Single Unders or DU Attempts
