Paleo Challenge Re-test * please do the WOD with any MOD’s you used back in Septemeber please. I will be there with my computer & coffee to keep track of your mods and get your pics and measurements. If you can’t make today, there will be an open gym Sunday from 4:30-6pm to do the WOD and get measurements.
1. Max Rep Pull-up (Kipping or Dead Hang)
2. 1 RM Deadlift
3. “Baseline” for time
40 Air Squats
