For those in the know…Coach Heather will be be competing in the Garage Games this weekend at CF Southie. The wods have been announced so I thought I’d give her some practice on the movements. Karen and I are going to cheer her on after the CFCA Team Wod and you are welcome to join us. Maybe squeeze in a soak here…

“Fight Gone Heather”

Three rounds of Max reps in 1 minute of each of the following

Hang Power  Snatch
Wall Walks
Hang Squat Cleans
Toes to bar

In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute.The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of “rotate”, the athletes must move to next station.

Spend 10 minutes working your mobility weaknesses
