Fight Gone Bad Saturday!

Saturday the CFCA crew will travel up to CF Full Potential in Newburyport to participate the annual  ‘Fight Gone Bad’ fundraiser. In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. This event calls for 3 rounds. The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On call of ‘rotate,’ the athlete/s must move to next station immediately for good score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.

The stations as RX are:

Sumo Deadlift High Pull 75/55#
WallBall 20/14# to 10ft target
Box Jump 20in
Push Press 75/55#
Row for calories

*all of these elements can be modified so please come even if it looks too scary!!!!

Saturday’s Schedule:

9am: Door’s Open

9:30: Heat 1

10am: Heat 2

10:30am: Heat 3

11:00am: Heat 4 (if needed)

GRILLING AND CHILLING IMMEDIATELY TO FOLLOW.  Family and Friends are welcome.  Anything you can bring to share would be a huge help!  Email with any questions at all about the workout, heat assignments, and cookout stuff.

The plan is to meet at CFCA  at 8am to carpool up to NBT together. There will be a post WOD cookout so if you can hang out that would be amazing but not mandatory. Danny from CFFP bought a bunch of meat that you can chip in $5 or bring your own Paleo Dish!  Please coordinate with each other about the approximate time you want to stay..otherwise drive yourself so you can leave when you need too.  I know this is far but lets rally the crew and have some cross gym pollination of Crossfitters.  Maybe it will be a like a middle school dance at first? who knows. Either way it should be a fun event and all are welcome.

*FYI there will be no normal Saturday 8am Team Workout…make a note please
