A few photos from the recent 2 month paleo/crossfit challenge. Great job everyone!  Next Challenge starts in mid September with  a pre-thanksgiving finish.

2 Months change- coming to Crossfit on average 2-3 times a week.

6 Month change- on average coming to Crossfit on average 3-4 times a week

2 Month change- on Average coming to Crossfit 2-3 times a week

6 month change- on average coming to Crossfit 3-4 times a week.

4 Months change- on average coming to Crossfit 3-4 times a week.

4 months change- on average coming to Crossfit 2-3 times a week. Individuals total weight loss from starting Crossfit and Paleo is upwards of 60 pounds since December.
