15 Box jumps, 24 inch box
15 Pull-ups

*We will only be having one class on Memorial day Monday @ 9am…team workout style with informal potluck/ paleo treat/ maybe grilling to follow..all are welcome even Non CFCA members..so bring your friends!!!
