New Journal Inserts

Hey Guys. Just a heads up that Karen altered our Journal inserts to reflect all the lifts, benchmark WODs and challenges that we do at the gym.  We have the pdf file linked below so you can download them and print them out.. The updated version is a bit more comprehensive then the first go round so I would definitely print out copy and transfer any info to the new tracker sheets. Here is the link. CFCA_JournalSheetsRev

On another note…if you are looking for a more comprehensive way to track your workouts/progress, look no further than  Evan from Journal Menu came up to CFCA last week to take some photos and share with us the journals that he is making specific to Crossfitter’s needs.  They are pretty sweet so check them out…and to see Evan’s pics of CFCA check them out here
