*Hi Guys. Remember we are on a limited schedule this week of 3 classes (9am, 6pm & 7pm). There will be NO Fundamentals or Open Gym times. If you want to bring a buddy to check out CrossFit please wait till next week.  As you might expect the workouts will be body weight based so you can do the workouts from home if you are not able to make it to the gym. We appreciate YOUR flexibility!  Please show the trainers as much respect as you show Karen and I.  Thanks and can’t wait to get back.
