Here is a list of body weight WODs that can be done while traveling or on an off day when you don’t have time to make a class. Do yourself a favor and buy a good jump rope. If you can find a park with a jungle gym..incorporate pull-ups. Make up your own…incorporate odd objects such as rocks, logs etc. And most importantly Have Fun! You can also drop in on other boxes. 100 Turkish-get-ups with whatever you can find. (Jon’s Favorite)
10 burpees, 10 double unders -10 rounds
10 push-ups 10 sit ups 10 squats – 10 rounds.
Invisible Fran…21-15-9 of air squats and push ups for time.
Run 1 mile for time then Tabata squats and tabata pushups.
Handstand 30 seconds and 10 squats, 8 rounds.
10 double unders, 10 push ups, 10 sit ups, 4 rounds…for time.
100 burpees for time.
200 push ups for time.
Handstand 1 minute, hold bottom of the squat for 1 minute, 5 rounds.
Sprint 100 meters, Walk 100 meters, 10 rounds.
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 Air Sqauts, Push-ups & Sit ups.
10 walking lunges, 10 push-ups, 10 rounds.
10 becks burpees, 10 walking lunge 7 rounds
20 double unders, 50 air squats. 4rounds.
10 sit ups, 10 burpies…10 rounds-for time.
